Managing Profile and Organization

You can modify all the essential account information if needed.

  1. In the header, click your email address.

  2. From the contextual menu, select Profile. The Profile page opens, as follows:

On this page, you can perform the following operations:

  • modify your email address

  • change your account's password

  • enable the two-factor authentication

Modifying the email address

You can modify the email address of your account created in InCountry Portal.

  1. In the right part of the Email Address box, click the Edit icon.

  2. In the Update Email Address form, enter the new email address.

  3. Check the box that you are not a robot.

  4. Click Update.

  5. Confirm the action.

  6. Check your mailbox for the letter with the subject Confirm Changing Account Email.

  7. Open this email and click Confirm. Alternatively, you can click the confirmation link below the button.

  8. Log in to the other email account that you specified while modifying your user account on InCountry Portal.

  9. Check this mailbox for the confirmation email and click the confirmation link.

Upon the confirmation, your account will be mapped to the new email address you have specified.

Changing the account's password

note

According to security requirements, your password of the user account expires every 90 days. You may need to reset it in order to further log in to InCountry Portal. For the details on this, see Recovering the password.

You may need to change your account's password after some time. We strongly recommend changing the password on a regular basis.

  1. In the right part of the Email Address box, click the Edit icon.

  2. In the Change Password form, enter your current password, then enter a new password and confirm it.

  3. When complete, click Submit.

  4. Enter the confirmation code.

  5. Sign in to InCountry Portal with your new password.

Switching the two-factor authentication

You can switch the two-factor authentication from the email codes to the authenticator app codes or vice versa.

  1. Select the Set up using an authenticator app on your device option.

  2. In the Step 1. Recovery codes form, enter the confirmation code you receive.

  3. Click Next. InCountry Portal will generate the recovery codes.

  4. Click Download or Copy to save the generated recovery codes.

  5. Click Next.

  6. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app or enter the text code which appears when you click the link above the QR code.

  7. Enter the code which you receive in your authenticator app.

  8. Click Enable.

Managing the organization

You can modify the organization which you represent and the country where you locate. Changing these parameters does not impact the overall work with InCountry Platform.

  1. On the sidebar, hover over your organization name and click it.

  2. In the Update Organization form, make the appropriate modifications to the organization name or country.

  3. When complete, click Update.

  4. Enter the confirmation code and click Next.
