Release v2.17.0
Release date: May 13, 2025
Supported models: redaction / restriction / replication
The current release of InCountry Data Residency for Salesforce includes the following features and improvements:
Navigation Error Resolved for EmailMessage to Case Transition
Resolved an issue where an error occurred when users navigated back from an EmailMessage record to the parent Case record. The navigation flow now functions as expected without triggering errors.
Export to CSV from “Recently Viewed” List View
Resolved an issue that prevented exporting records from the “Recently Viewed” list view. Records now export properly and are successfully saved to a CSV file.
Subscription Term Verification Aligned with Creation Time
Fixed an issue with comparing the current date and time (rounded to the nearest hour) against the subscription start date. As a result, verification of matching subscription terms now begins accurately from the time the subscription is created.
"Failed Request ID" Error Resolved in Regulated Value Field Filtering
Resolved the “Failed request id” error that occurred when filtering on a regulated value field and switching to the “Salesforce” filter. The list view now correctly displays records that match the filtering conditions.
Time Field Filtering Added to List View with Error Fix
Implemented filtering in the list view for fields of type “Time”. Additionally, fixed the “Failed request id” error that occurred when using a time field as a filter. Filtering by time fields now works smoothly and reliably.
Cloning Records with Blank Time Field Values
Resolved an error that occurred when cloning a record containing a blank value in a Time field. Records with blank time values now clone successfully and are saved correctly in the InCountry database.
InCountry List View Filtering by Time Fields
Implemented support for filtering Time type fields in the list view using InCountry, consistent with Salesforce functionality. Additionally, the “key” in the “Searchable” parameter for protected Time fields has been updated to “range_key” to enable accurate filtering.
Corrected "From Address" Value Display in Send List Email Component
Fixed an issue causing the incorrect display of available values for the “From address” field in the Send List Email component. The values are now properly filtered to include only those listed in the Organization-Wide Addresses.
Improved Merge Field Selection in Send List Email Component
Fixed the algorithm for selecting available merge fields during insertion in the Send List Email component. The list now includes only fields that are valid and can be processed during email sending.
Resolved PII Field Criteria Inheritance Error
Resolved an error causing PII field criteria to incorrectly inherit from the last modified field. Now, each field’s PII criteria are applied correctly and independently.
Send List Email Action Enabled by Default
The Send List Email feature is now enabled by default, allowing users to access this action immediately without manual activation.
