InCountry Portal Plans

After the trial period you need to subscribe to data residency services provided by InCountry. By default, all the newly registered users (and their organizations) start with a trial plan which has significant limitations.

On the navigational sidebar, select Plans. The Plans section opens, as follows:

The currently used plan is shown as CURRENT.

Viewing the current plan usage

You can view the actual usage of transactions and bandwidth on the current plan in the header of InCountry Portal. To the left side of the profile block, locate the Current Plan widget and click it.

This widget shows the following:

  • number of performed data transactions

  • bandwidth amount used

Switching to the Professional Plan

  1. Open the Plans section.

  2. Below the Professional plan, click Sign Up.

  3. In the Upgrade form, fill out the following information:

    NameEnter the name of the card holder that is displayed on your payment card.
    Email AddressEnter your email address. By default, InCountry Portal uses the email address of your user’s profile.
    Credit Card NumberEnter the credit card number.
    MM / YYEnter the valid period (month and year) of your payment card that is displayed on it.
    CVCEnter the CVC protection number that is displayed on the back of your payment card.
  4. When complete, click Upgrade.

Switching to the Enterprise Plan

The Enterprise Plan is negotiated individually with each customer as it depends on a lot of factors, such as:

  • amount of data to store

  • number of countries to store

  • type of data to store

  • necessity to have a single-tenant deployment

  1. Open the Plans section.

  2. Below the Enterprise plan, click Contact Us.

  3. Fill out your personal information before submitting a request for Enterprise plan to InCountry.

  4. Click Contact Us.
